Ryan Stauffer is a writer and filmmaker living in Warsaw, Indiana.

After spending several years smashing a succession of laptops over his head so he could learn how to write screenplays, Ryan moved to Los Angeles so his wife could go to fashion school and he could work in the entertainment business. He did quite a few gigs as a Production Assistant and Art PA for Proactiv and other direct sales products, edited the directing debut of a very talented Production Designer, and had some other random jobs in various positions.

Now back in the town where he went to college, Ryan is working on a few different projects, all revolving around writing or entertainment production.

In addition to these (so far) totally non-commercial skills, Ryan is an erstwhile musician, passable photographer and graphic designer, sketchy web coder, cat owner, straight-razor enthusiast, and Apple user. He’s newly into a few different webcomics, such as Dresden Codak, Bad Machinery, Kiwiblitz, and Gunnerkrigg Court.
